Buddhism vs. Hinduism

Buddhism and Hinduism have differences in their military shoess on the self and needs. In cleverness of Buddhism and Hinduisms positions on self and desires, I would rather honor Hinduism. In Hinduism, the plant that we argon striving for is brahmin. In Buddhism, the place that we argon striving for is Buddha-nature. However, these ar non the same thing they are precisely structurally parallel. They both represent our deepest potential in their respective traditions. Also Brahman and Buddha-nature both dwell within. The Hinduism position on the self is vastly different from Buddhism position on the self. Buddhists believe in anatta, which means no self. They believe that on that point is no self, only an ever-changing series of learned states. Hindus, on the other hand, believe in ego, atman and Brahman. The belief is that ego is the individual living now, atman is the person creation reborn, and Brahman is the endless cosmos. egotism is on the surface, atman is interred slightly underneath ego, and Brahman is buried way under atman and therefore hard to grasp. Buddhists do not believe that there is an ego, atman, or Brahman. The Buddhist position on desires is that they reject them.

They say that the desire for common sense pleasures and temporal conquest is not only unsatisfactory, but bad in itself, the desire for endless being is thirst for non-existence or existence, and therefore bad, and the by-line of desires leads you away from liberation. Hindus, however, embrace desires. They say that the desire for sense pleasures and worldly success are good , but unsatisfactory, the desire for unnumb! ered being is part of the highest good, and the pursuit of desires leads you toward liberation.
